SALA Sting Tryouts
Registration for SALA Sting A is Now Open!
Get ready for an exciting experience! Registration for the SALA Sting A tryouts is now live.
- Purpose: To identify players best suited for their age group’s A team based on athleticism, stick skills, lacrosse IQ, sportsmanship, and positional play.
- Dates: March 29 (Medicine Hat) and April 6 (Duchess)
- Who: For players in U13, U15, and U17 divisions
- Cost: $50.00
- Tryout Structure:
- This will not be a camp-style floor time. It is a performance-based evaluation process.
- Cuts may be made at various stages, including after the first day.
- Evaluations and cuts will be conducted by independent evaluators unaffiliated with the SALA Sting.

- When: Saturday, March 29
- Where: Medicine Hat - Moose Rec Centre
- Schedule:
- U13 - 10:00AM-11:00AM
- U15 - 11:00AM-12:00PM
- U17 - 12:00PM-1:00PM
- Second Tryout
- When: Sunday, April 6
- Where: Duchess Rec Centre
- Schedule:
- U13 - 11:00AM-12:00PM
- U15 - 12:00PM-1:30PM
- U17 - 2:00PM-3:30PM
