12:00 PM - 1:00 PM Working Lunch

1:00 PM - 4:00 PM Floor Session

* Required for all first year coaches and both head coaches and assistants in U7 to U13 divisions.

* Required for all first year coaches and both head coaches and assistants in U15 and U17 divisions.

Additional information:

• Wear clothing for light activity and running shoes
• Bring a lacrosse stick
• For Community Development bring a lunch as classroom work will continue during lunch
• For Competition Introduction, coaches can bring in lunch or leave during the break
• Notebook and pen
